Shipping policy
At Simpli Citrus every order is packed by hand with the same care and attention that goes into making it. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
We know you are excited — so we move fast.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed and shipped the following morning. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM will ship the following Monday morning.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. While we do everything in our power to get your order to you quickly, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Perishable & Handcrafted Products
Our products are made by hand using real fruit and natural ingredients. While our dried citrus and chocolate products are shelf-stable and travel well, we recommend the following for best results:
- Open and inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery
- Store dried citrus and fruit leather in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Store chocolate-covered products in a cool environment — avoid leaving packages in hot mailboxes or vehicles for extended periods
- Consume within the timeframe noted on your product packaging
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from extended exposure to heat or humidity after delivery. If you have any concerns about your order upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours.

We currently ship within Canada and the continental United States.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received a tracking email within one business day of placing your order please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@simplicitrus.ca and we will sort it out immediately.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your package leaves our facility it is in the care of the carrier. While delays are rare they can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost please contact us at hello@simplicitrus.ca and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
During peak holiday seasons — particularly November and December — we strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.
Holiday & High Volume Periods
During high volume periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the holiday season processing times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays proactively via our Instagram and email list. Signing up for our emails is the best way to stay informed during busy seasons.
