Refund policy

At Simpli Citrus we take enormous pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make by hand. Because our products are handcrafted perishable food items we are unable to accept physical returns. However your satisfaction is genuinely important to us and we will always make things right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly — no return required.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the incorrect item was selected at checkout, orders where the customer has changed their mind after shipment, or delivery delays caused by the carrier once your package has left our facility.
